Osho mentioned that there is a hierarchy of needs in human life. The hierarchy can be categorised into- physical, psychological and spiritual needs. Physical needs can also be considered the necessities of life. For example: Food, cloth, shelter are physical needs. Without any of those, it is difficult to survive. Fulfillment of physical needs give rise to psychological needs. Music, poetry, arts are higher needs of life. A hungry man cannot think of music without meeting his hunger. So, psychological needs arises only after physical needs. Once all the physical and psychological needs are fulfilled then the spiritual need arises. Spiritual needs stand highest in hierarchy. One loves to embark in a journey of spirituality only when the physical and psychological needs are fulfilled. Spiritual need is the journey that completes the life. A blissful journey where there is no one but only you and your soul
